Warner Brothers recently filed suit to prevent Bollywood's Harri Putar from hitting Indian theaters, claiming that the title character's moniker was too similar to boy wizard Harry Potter.
The lawsuit has been dismissed -- evidence shows that WB was aware of the film's production for the past three years, and hadn't made an effort to stop the film until now.
